PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stretch a spoke linearly in an optimum twill state and to enhance durability by optimum number of spokes having no play in a bicycle wheel having a hub and a rim connected by the spoke. SOLUTION: This bicycle wheel is provided with the spokes 4 stretched between a hub collar 2 protrudingly provided on the hub 1 and the rim 3. A hub collar surface 6 is provided parallel with an elevated angle 5 generated by the spokes 4 between the hub collar 2 and the rim 3. Hub holes 9 through which a hub nipple 8 of a cylinder 7 is inserted are provided approximately perpendicular to the elevated angle 5. A hub nipple outer peripheral surface 10 can be fitted in a hub hole inner peripheral surface 11. Spoke insert holes 12 are bored in a hub collar outer peripheral surface 14, and a peripheral restriction wall 13 confronting through the spoke insert hole 12 is provided on the hub collar outer peripheral surface 14. The spoke 4 having a male screw 15 is inserted from the spoke insert hole 12 and is threadedly fastened to a hub nipple 8 fitted into the hub hole 9. The other end of the spoke 4 is inserted into a spoke hole 17 formed on the rim 3, and is threadedly fastened to a rim nipple 19, and the hub 1 and the rim 3 are connected.
