PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implantable band with a non-mechanical attachment mechanism for bringing about attachment reliability over a long period, and facilitating readjustment or removal, by simplifying a clinical implanting technique. SOLUTION: This band, particularly, an adjustable band 10 can be implanted, by being arranged around an anatomical passage, for example, a stomach 12 or the other lumen, and has the non-mechanical attachment mechanism for mutually connecting two end parts 40 and 42.
