PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical laminated glass keeping not less than 70% visible light transmittance, transparent, excellent in visibility, having a characteristic of not less than 30% reflectivity of near infrared ray with a wavelength of 800-2,100 nm, capable of reducing heat capacity coming in from windows by efficiently reflecting the heat wave, and excellent in characteristics of the laminated glass such as close adhesiveness and durability. SOLUTION: This laminated glass is made by adhering two sheets of plate glass, and between the two sheets of plate glass are a heat wave reflective layer which is formed by fixing Ag on a resin film and an intermediate adhesive layer, and its visible light transmittance is made not less than 70% and its reflectivity of near infrared ray with a wavelength of 800-2,100 nm is made not less than 30%.
