PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-temperature insulating/heat insulating container, which has a container body on which an inner bag made of a flexible sheet is locked slidably to make the capacity of the inner body variable. SOLUTION: The low-temperature insulating/heat insulating container 1 comprises the heat insulating container body 2 which is formed of a bottom face and side walls erected on the peripheral edge of the bottom face, and the inner bag 3 which is made of the flexible sheet and is housed removably in the container body 2. Locking parts 5 are formed on the opening end face of the container body, and temporary attachment parts 4 are formed on the opening peripheral edge of the inner bag 3 so that the back of the temporary attachment parts 4 are locked removably to the locking parts.
