PURPOSE: A fusing circuit is provided to reduce current consumption by minimizing circuit dimensions by using MOS(Metal Oxide Semiconductor) transistors. CONSTITUTION: A fusing circuit includes a fusible link(202), an output switch(204) and an inverted output switch(206). The fusible link(202) is connected to a source voltage and a set terminal. The output switch(204) is connected to the fusible link and the set terminal, and outputs a first level when the fusible link is open, or a second level when the fusible link(202) is closed. The inverted output switch outputs an inverted version of the output of the output switch(204). The output switch(204) includes first through third transistors(MP1,MN1,MN2). The inverted output switch(206) includes fourth through sixth transistors(MP2,MN3,MN4). The set terminal is a terminal for inputting a set voltage which is a terminal signal for controlling fusing of the fusible link(202).
