FIELD: instrument engineering. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has temperature-sensitive element mounted in series with correcting unit and transistor mounted onto sensitive element. Correcting unit has to differential amplifier which has output connected with inverting input of differential amplifier through capacitor and resistor connected to each other in series. Zero position error can be achieved during process of temperature stabilization due to the fact that amplifier and resistor are introduced additionally into the circuit and placed between resistor and capacitor. Input of additional amplifier is connected with common point of the first resistor and capacitor.
