摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress reverse transfer and to prevent color mixture, in a cleanerless process in a four-section tandem color image forming apparatus.

SOLUTION: A printer CPU controls an exposure controller to expose the region in which an image is formed with normal first exposure intensity and to expose other prescribed regions with second exposure intensity insufficient for image formation.
