<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent conductive film which is superior in conductivity and transparency, and in which an excellent conductivity and transparency can be secured without being deteriorated in performance by degeneration due to heat treatment and chemical treatment, and provide its manufacturing method. <P>SOLUTION: The transparent conductive film 4 comprises a first transparent conductive film 2 provided on a substrate 1 having an electric resistance of 50Ω/square and a second transparent conductive film 3 laminated on the first transparent conductive film 2 and made of tin oxide containing antimony. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
