<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To broaden a workable range through improvement of a working efficiency and removal of a thickness limitation by improving product quality and increasing operation speed, when a micro-joint with a height less than a workpiece thickness is processed. <P>SOLUTION: The method comprises a step in which one way cutting is conducted and an immediately preceding step in which cutting is conducted in the same direction. The workpiece W is cut from the designated cutting point C to the cutting point D of the preceding step, changing only a part of cutting condition, down to a bottom face 32 without cutting off the workpiece W, so that the portion of the bottom face 32 of the workpiece W, which remains without cutting-off, serves as a connecting-piece J between the workpiece W and a product S. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
