COATED STEEL SHEET WHICH CAN BE JOINED BY ULTRASONIC WAVE, ULTRASONIC JOINING METHOD OF COATED STEEL SHEET, AND JOINED STRUCTURE

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a heat fused part 4 by heating up resin coats 1b and 2b on a joining interface by ultrasonic vibration energy and thereby to join a joining object material 1 and the other material 2 together. SOLUTION: A coated steel sheet having the thermoplastic resin coat 1b adjusted to have a surface roughness Ra of 1μm or above and provided at least on the joining interface is used for the joining object material 1. The joining object material 1 is laid on top of the other material 2 of the same or a different kind and the joining object material 1 and the other material 2 are subjected to ultrasonic vibration, being pressed by an ultrasonic vibrator 3. The ultrasonic vibration energy being conducted is concentrated on the resin coat 1b on the joining interface and the other material 2 is joined to the joining object material 1 by the medium of the heat fused part 4 produced thereby.
