RADIO COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, ITS PREFERENTIAL CONNECTION METHOD, MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, BASE STATION, AND TERMINAL STATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system by which the starting time of retransmission can be hastened when the carrier is busy by using a communication protocol exhibiting a high real-time ability.

SOLUTION: A communication protocol for preferential connection from a control system 1 and a window value for setting retransmission request time are set in an appropriate base station 2 and in a mobile station 3 under it. Since the mobile station 3 is set with emphasis on voice communication and its retransmission request time is shorter than that of the terminal 4 which is set for data communication, the mobile station 3 performs transmission before the terminal 4.
