PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control vehicle behavior when the vehicle behavior is controlled under a fixed condition and driving operation against intention of a driver is carried out. SOLUTION: In the vehicle safety device 1, the driving intention of the driver at present is recognized on the basis of the analyzed result obtained by analyzing images of the driver taken by a camera device 2, and the vehicle behavior in correspondence with the driving operation is controlled when it is determined that driving operation against the intention of the driver is carried out based on the intention of the driver and the operation state at present.
