PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize control in matching with the characteristics of electrical apparatuses or to the business style or the life style of the user. SOLUTION: In a power control system controls two or more electrical apparatuses connected to a network, the power control system is so constituted that it is provided with equipment-by-equipment profile tables for storing at least the address of each electrical apparatus and the management information of each electrical apparatus. The power supply to each electrical apparatus is controlled based on the management information, and maintenance of these electrical apparatuses can be facilitated. When the electrical apparatuses are managed using a home server, by providing a schedule management table, management is carried out according to the (user's) schedule.
