EMERGENCY CONTACT SYSTEM, METHOD, AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency contact system or the like distributing public item information and collecting safety information with respect to a user in disaster or the like. SOLUTION: A server for emergency contact constructs and manages a Web site for emergency contact including a Web page for general use which can be browsed from any terminal, and a Web page for management which can be browsed from a management user terminal only. The public item information inputted by the management user terminal is registered in a public item information data file and posted on the Web page for general use, and safety information inputted by a common user terminal is registered in a safety information data file and posted on the Web page for management.
