PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical part with improved properties and safety for preventing penetration of water without using any sealing material. SOLUTION: The electrical part is composed of an electrical substrate housing case 13 made of a resin material for housing an electrical substrate 12, an electrical equipment box 14 made of sheet metal for storing and holding the electrical substrate housing case 13, and an electrical equipment lid 15 for covering an upper face of an electrical substrate housing case 13. Lead wire extracting parts 13a and 14a are formed on both side walls of the electrical substrate housing case 13 and the electrical equipment box 14 to extract a lead wire 16 extended from the electrical substrate 12. A flange 13b to cover an opening edge of the lead wire extracting part 14a of the electrical equipment box 14 is formed to the lead wire extracting part 13a of the electrical substrate housing case 13, and an engaging piece 13c is formed on the end of the flange 13b to be engaged with the lead wire extracting part 14a.
