PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mixer constituted so that a driving part and a mixing part can be separated from each other to wash food juice or the like entering into the gap of a connection part in a short period of time with a remarkably easy work and are easily assembled after washing. SOLUTION: The mixers A, B, and C have the driving parts 1, 3, and 6 and the mixing parts 2, 4 and 7, respectively. The driving part and the mixing part can be made attachable to and detachable from each other by providing the driving shaft of the driving part and a connection driving shaft being a rotary shaft for the mixing blade of the mixing part in a detachable manner.
