PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-size, lightweight and easy-to-use electrical muscle stimulation device. SOLUTION: A master machine 3 incorporates a plurality of programs for training, either one or both of slave machines 1 and 2 are connected to the master machine 3 as necessary, and a user brings an electrode into contact with a desired portion on the body using the connected slave machine or master machine and performs the training. Then, when the user sets the contact part of the electrode, the master machine 3 transmits a necessary program to the slave machine according to the setting and the slave machine applies the current of an output pattern according to the program to the electrode. In the training, the slave machines 1 and 2 calculate and display the operating time and calorie consumption as necessary and transmit the calorie consumption to the master machine 3, while the master machine 3 accumulates it with the usage of this time and displays the calorie consumption and the operating time.
