FIELD: rolling equipment, namely mill for helical rolling with cup-shaped rolls. ^ SUBSTANCE: helical rolling mill includes working stand with drums rotating around their geometry axis normal to rolling axis. In said drums cup-shaped rolls are mounted by acute angle relative to drum axis. Rotation drive unit of rolls has cone gearing whose gear wheel is fit on roll journal and whose pinion is fit on drive shaft mounted in drum and joined with main drive. Drive shaft with cone pinion has two bearing assemblies and it is inclined to axis of drum. Geometry rotation axis of drum passes through circle points of cup-shaped roll constriction. ^ EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities, namely possibility for rolling heavy products, improved accuracy of rolled products due to high accuracy of roll grooved pass, enhanced operational reliability of rolling mill. ^ 1 dwg
