PRINTING MANAGEMENT DEVICE, PRINTING DEVICE, INFORMATION PROCESSOR, THEIR CONTROL METHOD AND PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing management device which drastically reduces the amounts of abandonment of a printed matter, also reduces the total sum of the printing/distribution cost of a print pamphlet and the printing cost of an electronic pamphlet to almost the minimum, and simply performs settlement between travel companies or between a travel company and an agency.

SOLUTION: The printing history data of a printing device for printing a printed matter are stored. When a print instruction for the travel merchandise information of a travel merchandise selling origin travel company is received from the agency terminal of another travel company through a communication line, print data based on the travel merchandise information are generated. Print history data based on the same print data as the generated print data are acquired. The load rate of the print charge of the printing of the generated print data to be shared by the agency is decided based on the acquired print history data. Then, the print charge of the generated print data to be shared by the agency is calculated based on the decided load rate and the printing costs per the page of the printing device.
