<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply oxygen of necessary amount for power generation to a fuel cell. <P>SOLUTION: A compressor unit 41 is installed in a digital camera 10 using the fuel cell 16 as a power source, air is compressed with the compressor unit 41, and compressed air is supplied to the fuel cell 16.
