<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system capable of preventing unnecessary consumption of a fuel gas and surely purging gas. <P>SOLUTION: This fuel cell 1 is provided with a circulation flow passage 13 for recirculating an exhaust gas. In the middle of the circulation flow passage 13, a gas purge flow passage 17 opened to the atmospheric side is branched and connected, and a purge flow passage valve 21 opening/closing the flow passage 17 to regulate an exhaust gas amount discharged to the atmospheric side is arranged. In the circulation flow passage 13, a circulation flow passage valve 25 opening/closing a flow passage 23 to regulate a recirculating exhaust gas amount is arranged in the circulation main flow passage 23 ranging from a branching point 19 to a mixing point 15. In a mixing flow passage 29, a current detection type sensor 31 is arranged, and according to the output from the current detection type sensor 31, opening/closing conditions of the purge flow passage valve 21 and the circulation flow passage valve 25 are controlled. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
