<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylinder controller capable of suppressing the difference in working speeds in the extending direction and contracting direction of a cylinder C to minimum. <P>SOLUTION: In a cylinder controller, a first piston 50 where pressure oil is discharged from a pump P into a second passage 24 side is moved to a first check valve 27 with the action of the pressure oil, and a projection 50a pushes the poppet 43 of the first check valve 27 to open the first check valve 27. In a second piston 51 the area of one pressure bearing surface 51b is larger than the area of the other pressure bearing surface 51c, and a projection 51a is installed at the other pressure bearing surface 51c smaller in pressure bearing area. The second piston 51 is moved to a third check valve 29 when oil pressure supplied into a bottom side chamber 5 acts on both the pressure bearing surfaces, and the projection 51a pushes the poppet 57 of the third check valve 29 to open the third check valve 29. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
