<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide air intake duct pipe greatly reducing both of intake noises and radiation noises as compared with not only hard pipe such as a simple vinyl chloride resin pipe but also one having a nonwoven fabric layer arranged on inside of a conventional hard pipe. <P>SOLUTION: This pipe includes an outer layer tube 2 composed of a rigid material, a tubular nonwoven fabric layer 3 arranged on the inside of the outer layer tube 3, and a tubular woven fabric layer 4 arranged on inside the tubular nonwoven fabric layer 3. The tubular woven fabric layer 4 is composed of an annularly arranged warp 5 group and weft 6 extending in a circumference direction with crossing with the warp 5 group.
