MULTICAST DISTRIBUTING METHOD, APPARATUS, AND SYSTEM THEREOF

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and a system with which a mobile terminal having no multicast function can receive the multicast distributing data without addition of any particular function.

SOLUTION: When movement of a mobile terminal which is transferring the multicast data packet to the other network is detected by supervising the packets of the mobile communication protocol transmitted and received by the mobile terminal, a multicast gateway apparatus connected to the network as the transfer destination issues a group participation request to perform the transfer of multicast data packet to the mobile terminal moved.
