PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor valve capable of reducing the torque loss while its structure is simplified, being embodied in a small construction, and assuring high performance. SOLUTION: The motor valve 1 includes a valve element 6 moving with rotation of a motor 10 and is equipped with a motor member 11 furnished with an output shaft 12 in an eccentric position, a rotary member 25, a power transmitting means 2, a moving shaft 30, the valve element 6, a motion converting means 5 to convert the rotating motion into a linear motion, and a supporting member 11. The rotary member 25 is installed parallel with the output shaft 12, and the torque of the motor 10 is transmitted by the power transmitting means 2 from the output shaft 12 to the rotary member 25, and the torque transmitted to the rotary member 25 is converted by the converting member 5 to cause the moving shaft 30 to make linear motions to put the valve element 6 into movement, while the reaction force applied to the valve element 6 is transmitted to the supporting member 11 through the moving shaft 30 and the rotary member 25 and supported.
