PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging box having an integrally formed buffering part, in which a buffering function working on an article stored in the packaging box in vertical, lateral, and longitudinal directions and is formed by a simple work. SOLUTION: The packaging box is made as a rectangular parallelepipedic box having an inner storing space X, and is formed by cutting one corrugated board, making incisions on part of the corrugated board, and folding it along respective folding lines. The side boards of the packaging box, which form a pair of first side walls 2 and 3 opposite to each other, are simply bent to be rolled in toward the center of the packaging box to form the buffering parts 2A and 3A, which have the buffering function working on the article in vertical, lateral, and longitudinal directions. Openings 2B and 3B are formed as the buffering parts 2A and 3A are formed, and the openings 2B and 3B are closed with flaps 61 continuous with a lid 6, respectively. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
