PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool holder preventing a tool stored in a pocket from falling by jumping out of an opening part of the pocket. SOLUTION: The pocket 3 exposing a grip part T1 of the tool T, and storing the tool T, is arranged in a body part 1 provided with a belt support part 2. A flexible belt-like member 5 is arranged in the opening part 3a of this pocket 3. A surface adhesive fastener 6a is arranged on an inner surface 5a of this belt-like member 5. A surface adhesive fastener 6b is arranged on an outside surface 5b of the belt-like member 5. A surface adhesive fastener 6c is arranged in the body part 1 of an upper position of the opening part 3a of the pocket 3. A surface adhesive fastener 6d is arranged on an outside surface 3b of the pocket 3. The surface adhesive fastener 6a and the surface adhesive fastener 6d, and the surface adhesive fastener 6b and the surface adhesive fastener 6c, are respectively detachably adhered.
