PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel folding container, which has an inner member for holding an absorbing article and can be folded compactly. SOLUTION: The folding container includes a bottom member 11 formed by erecting bottom walls 13, 14, 15, 16 integrally on respective sides of a bottom 12, an outer box 10 having side wall boards 23, 24, 25, 26 which are connected to the top of the bottom walls to be foldable inward, respectively, and an inner member 30, which is arranged in the outer box and has holding parts 50, 51, 52 for holding the article S. The inner member has a bottom face holding part 31 fixed to the bottom member 11, and side face holding parts 33, 34 which are formed consecutively above the bottom face holding part 31 to be foldable inward.
