PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a packing box capable of opening/closing a bottom lid by a simple operation and free from falling out of the bottom. SOLUTION: The bottom lid 30 of the packing box 10 is constituted of a pair of lateral side lid plates 22 and 23, and a pair of end side lid plates 24 and 25. Respective pairs of cut lines 31 and 32, and 41 and 42 are formed on the lateral side lid plates 22 and 23. Wide insert parts 24c and 25c of the respective end side lid plates 24 and 25 can be inserted into the cut lines 32 and 41, and 31 and 42 formed when the lid plates 22 and 23 are closed. The insert parts 24c and 25c can be inserted into the rear of the lateral side lid plates 22 and 23 by a simple operation of overlapping the end side lid plates 24 and 25 on the lateral side lid plates 22 and 23 and pushing in the lid plates 22-25 in this state.
