PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of easily, exactly and inexpensively manufacturing a resin molding mold having a regular quality used for molding a resin molded item excellent in surface smoothness, transparency or mold releasability, and to provide a resin molding mold made by this manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the resin molding mold 10 is characterized in that the surface 12a in contact with the resin molded item is subjected to shot blast process or barrel process using shots of No. 300 or more, and by this the surface is finished in a cloudy mirror state. The resin molded item excellent in surface smoothness, transparency or mold releasability is obtained by vacuum molding or vacuum/pressure molding using the resin molding mold 10.
