PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an inkjet head preventing an unwiped portion from being generated when a nozzle face is cleaned while preventing a nozzle substrate from being peeled. SOLUTION: This inkjet head 11 comprises the nozzle substrate, a plurality of ink channels bonded to the nozzle substrate and communicating with a plurality of nozzles, and a channel forming substrate having a common ink chamber for supplying ink to the ink channels. The surface area of the nozzle substrate is smaller than that of the channel forming substrate and the central position of the nozzle substrate is deviated from the central position of the channel forming substrate. A protection member having a thickness greater than that of the nozzle substrate is attached on the channel forming substrate at a region where the nozzle substrate is not bonded.
