PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag which remains open during packing the contents and prevents the blocking of films, the peeling of the bag and its deteriorated impact resistance from occurring when packing and keeping a surfactant. SOLUTION: This packaging bag is constituted of the following: (1) a sealing layer composed of a resin composition obtained by blending an ethyleneα-olefin copolymer resin with 21 to 60 wt% of low-density polyethylene to the whole resin composition as a reference; (2) an intermediate layer composed of the ethyleneα-olefin copolymer resin or a resin composition obtained by blending the ethyleneα-olefin copolymer resin with a high-density polyethylene or the low-density polyethylene; (3) a laminate layer of a sealant film which has a laminate layer, of the ethyleneα-olefin copolymer resin or composed of a resin composition obtained by blending the ethyleneα-olefin copolymer resin with the low-density polyethylene; and (4) a base material film overlying the above layer.
