摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid discharging device enhanced in discharging characteristics of ink droplets when used, e.g. as a piezoelectric inkjet head because a large number of cracks are prevented from occurring on a piezoelectric ceramic layer 8. SOLUTION: The cross-sectional shape of a common supply path 6, which is for supplying ink to a cavity 2, of a substrate 1 is formed into a nearly triangular shape, a nearly trapezoidal shape or a nearly arch shape protruding to the piezoelectric actuator AC side. If the common supply path 6 is formed into such shapes, the rigidity can be improved by receiving the pressure applied to the face direction of the substrate 1 by dispersing the pressure also in the lateral direction. A deformation amount of the common supply path 6 collapsing in the thickness direction can be reduced when the piezoelectric actuator AC is bonded and fixed. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the occurrence of a large number of the cracks by reducing the stress applied to the piezoelectric ceramic layer 8 after bonding.
