PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more efficiently coat the outer surface of a vehicle with a protective layer forming material. SOLUTION: A coating mechanism part 34 for applying the protective layer forming material by two rollers 48 and 49 is provided to the robot 16a (16b and 16c) provided in the vicinity of the feed line of the vehicle. This coating mechanism part 34 is equipped with the main pipe 89 communicating with the tube 23 connected to the supply source of the protective layer forming material and a roller support part 88 having the first and second pipes 112 and 113, which communicate with the main pipe 89 and extend in mutually opposite directions almost centering the main pipe 89 to support the rollers 48 and 49 in a freely rotatable manner, arranged thereto.
