PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stick with which a user can stably support the body even when his/her feet, waist, and balance sense are declined because the stick has turnable casters to continuously contact with the grounding face. SOLUTION: This stick body (1) and a frame (2) are fixed together and a plurality of turnable casters (3) are set on the frame (2).
