PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment appliance for a sleep apnea syndrome which physically secures the respiratory tract in the nasal cavity for comfortable breathing. SOLUTION: A stop collar 3 is disposed at one end of a hollow cylinder 2 and a part of an outer peripheral surface 2a of the hollow cylinder 2 is expanded.
