A main panel is bent around itself to form upper and lower sections in which voids (C) are individually formed. The ends of the panel are brought together and bent in opposite rounded shapes in close proximity to the inner surface of a rear facing concave space. Brackets (56), which join the upper and lower sections, are mounted at the front side of the beam structure and spaced at intervals. An independent claim is also included for a back beam structure forming method.
