FIELD: food-processing industry, in particular, production of confectioneries. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing syrup with the use of sugar, pectin and aqueous extract of mixture of black baikhovi tea, green baikhovi tea, cherry fruits, cherry tree leaves, and hibiscus flowers; cutting and simultaneously adding citric acid, sodium lactate, aromatizer "Cherry" and preparation produced from Pythium insidiosum micromycet biomass by predetermined process; pouring, forming, drying and packing ready products. ^ EFFECT: provision for producing of marmalade with wide range of vitamin activity and unique combination of organoleptical properties. |
