FIELD: oil and gas industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: device has hollow cylindrical body with conical aperture for mounting replaceable hermetic inserts and flange with moving supports for rigid holding of inserts. Into conical surface of body ring-shaped casing is mounted in form of two separate segments, forming an aperture for passing of cleaned pipes with minimal space. Ring-shaped casing is made with ring-shaped hollow, wherein elastic collar is positioned to provide for unlimited movement capability of it in different radial directions.
