FIELD: agricultural production, in particular, processing of plant growing products. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves washing dried fruits with water and exposing to microwave field; processing dried fruits with moisture content of 12-25% in microwave field with frequency of 2,450 MHz and power of 450 W/dm3 for 58-60 s until final temperature of 75-800C. ^ EFFECT: reduced processing time and increased extent of disinfecting of dried fruits. ^ 3 tbl, 1 ex |
