<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-tap controller of high reliability with a simple circuit configuration, capable of preventing occurrence of on/off oscillation at a switching part caused by application of a constant critical value to the switching part. <P>SOLUTION: The multi-tap controller comprises a detecting part 220 for detecting a current flowing through a main connection port, an amplifier part 230 which amplifies the current detected with the detecting part 220 to generate an amplified signal, a Schmitt trigger circuit 240 which compares the amplified signal from the amplifier part 230 with a reference value and outputs a control signal containing a prescribed critical value from a comparison result, a switching part 250 which is operated by the control signal from the Schmitt trigger circuit 240 and switches a power supply applied to multiple auxiliary connection ports, and a driving device 260 which drives the detecting part 220, the amplifier part 230, the Schmitt trigger circuit 240, and the switching part 250. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
