PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable anyone to prepare the optimal merchandise proposal.

SOLUTION: This merchandise proposal system in which each client and a server are connected to a network is provided with: a means which makes each client prepare a merchandise proposal; a means which makes the server collect information associated with each merchandise proposal prepared by each client; a means which makes the server tabulate information associated with the merchandise proposal collected by the server; and a means which allows each client browse the information associated with the merchandise proposal tabulated by the server.
