<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve drastic reduction of manufacturing man-hour and manufacturing cost and promote volume reduction of waste and recyclability (protection of natural environment) by dispensing with sorting work. <P>SOLUTION: The temperature at which no waste plastics is vaporized and at least a part of the waste plastics is melt is set as a heating temperature Ts for all kinds of waste plastics to be regenerated.
