RESIN COMPOSITION AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition improving modulus of elasticity and strength while maintaining transparency and to provide a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The resin composition is formed as follows. A polyester resin having hydroxy groups at the molecular terminals is formed by degrading a polyester resin with a polyhydric alcohol. The polyester resin is then mixed with an oxidized compound having a functional group on the surface in a prescribed solvent to form hydrogen bonds from the hydroxy groups of the polyester resin with the functional group of the oxidized compound.
