CONTACT MEMBER AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact member which does not require primer treatment to a metal part or a silicon rubber part and a contact member which can secure foreign article resistance without requiring a time and effort such as applying plating treatment by mask printing on the metal part. SOLUTION: This contact member 5 is composed of a metal part 6 that contacts a fixed contact part 2 on the substrate 1 opposed to a movable contact part 4 of a cover member 3 for push button switch, and a silicon rubber part 7 adhering to the metal part 6. The silicon rubber part 7 is an adhesive silicon rubber composition that contains an epoxy adhesion assistant 1.0-2.5 part by mass and an epoxy system silane coupling agent 0.5-3.0 part by mass against a heating curing type organo-polysiloxane composition 100 part by mass.
