PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer cement composition having a large elongation for a surface cracking in an early stage and a sufficient elongation for a surface cracking after a deterioration with age and being excellent in waterproofness over a long period, water resistance, weather resistance, and workability, especially a polymer cement composition using an acrylic emulsion having a large elongation for a surface cracking under a low temperature condition. SOLUTION: The polymer cement composition contains alumina cement and an acrylic emulsion with a glass transition temperature of -45 to -20°C, in which 7-55 mass pts. of the alumina cement is contained vs. 100 mass pts. of the solid part of polymer contained in the acrylic emulsion.
