PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent disadvantages of users caused by improper call origination such as evil 'one ring fraud'. SOLUTION: A control section 13 stores a telephone number being identification information of a caller in response to the arrival of a call and an arrival time length, that is, the number of called times to a subscriber information storage section 14, and notifies a user about the warning in voice guidance from a speaker 3 when the number of called times in call arrival data corresponding to a telephone number designated by a key entry section 5 is short, e.g., only one called-time so called 'one ring fraud' and the user tries to dial the telephone number.
