摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device by which high-speed playback for an optical disc is realized by amplifying a signal before noise is generated due to wiring to improve an S/N ratio, and to provide a method of manufacturing it. SOLUTION: In the semiconductor device, a plurality of light-receiving elements which receive optical signals having specified wavelengths reflected from an optical recording medium to convert them into electric signals, and an amplifying element which amplifies the electric signal output from the light-receiving element to transmit to the outside are formed integrally. The light-receiving elements are arranged like a lattice pattern.
