PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microlens array sheet of a projection screen which is easily mass-produced and forms bright high definition images by obtaining wide horizontal and vertical viewing angles and obtaining fine pitches of lenses, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. SOLUTION: The microlens array sheet includes a lens sheet 310 having a predetermined area, microlenses 320 arranged on one surface of the lens sheet 310 in horizontal and vertical directions, a light shielding film 330 which has exit ports 231 corresponding to the microlenses respectively and is adhered to the other surface of the lens sheet 310, an optical diffusing layer 340 which is formed on the lens sheet 310 so as to cover the light shielding film 330 and widens viewing angles, and a protecting film 350 for protecting the optical diffusing layer 340.
