PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce emission of light from a specified pixel on an adjacent pixel. SOLUTION: This display device is characterized in that a flat display panel 2 which is an EL display panel is equipped with a substrate 12, pixel electrodes 16 which are arranged on the substrate 12 in matrix, EL layers 15 which are formed on the respective pixel electrodes 16, a common electrode 13 which covers all the EL layers 15, and a sealing film 17 which covers the common electrode 13. An optical sheet 3 is bonded to the top surface of the sealing film 17 with an optical adhesive 4. The optical sheet 3 has many prisms 3a sectioned in an isosceles triangle shape.
